Intermountain Health in Midvale, Utah, seeks a Business Applications Director to lead enterprise-wide IT initiatives, delivering large-scale system solutions, managing budgets and FTE, and guiding cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and operations.

You will supervise managers, drive process improvements, oversee project plans, contracts, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with policies while advancing enterprise system strategy and standardization.

Formación

• Master's Degree. Degree must be verified.
• Bachelor's degree with ten years of experience; education verified.
• Five years of experience managing a team.
• Three years of experience leading system-wide initiatives.
• Experience in hands-on application management for Finance, Supply Chain, or HR systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of large-scale business system solutions.
• Oversee a team and develop leadership succession plans.
• Develop and maintain project and governance documentation for new systems and changes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to strategize future state processes and optimize standardization.
• Participate in contract administration and vendor statements of work.
• Lead RFP processes and build analyses to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance on integrations, reporting strategies, data integrity, and automated controls.
• Advise on training and reporting solutions for system users in care-related functions.
• Present progress and risk updates to leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
