Job summary

Continuing Life LLC seeks a Director of Risk Management to lead enterprise risk across our senior living communities. You will partner with clinical and operations leadership to minimize risk, promote safety, and protect assets and reputation.

The role is onsite in California with a strong emphasis on regulatory readiness and insurance coordination. We offer a competitive, experience-based compensation of $155,000-$185,000 plus a 15% bonus target, with opportunities to shape risk programs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in risk management or related field.
• Experience leading healthcare or senior living risk programs.
• CPHRM, CPPS, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise risk program across CL communities.
• Report risk trends to leadership and committees.
• Deliver in-person risk and safety training.
• Promote a culture of reporting near misses and events.
• Lead insurance renewal processes.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
• Train staff in Incident Command System.
• Monitor incident reports and root-cause analyses.
• Support prevention programs and QAPI.
• Support OSHA inspections and licensing surveys.
