TrueNorth Steel in Fargo, ND seeks a Director of Planning and Production Coordination to lead enterprise planning and production coordination across CSP, Tank and Structural lines. You will establish standard planning practices, balance capacity across sites, and ensure readiness for customer commitments.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, while governing planning data in SyteLine, Tekla and other systems, and leading site reviews

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in manufacturing ops, planning, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site planning and ERP-driven processes.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise planning and production coordination across multiple product lines.
• Establish and enforce planning standards, capacity alignment, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning constraints.
• Govern planning data in SyteLine, Tekla and other approved systems.
• Provide regular updates on planning risks, capacity, and actions.
