Job summary

TrueNorth Steel in Fargo, ND is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support production planning and coordination for plate and component processing. The role involves coordinating schedules, preparing BOM reports, and assisting with material purchasing to ensure timely fabrication.

The candidate should be proficient with CAD/CNC basics, capable of reading blueprints, and able to learn Tekla PowerFab/ProNest/SyteLine software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Ability to operate CAD/CNC equipment and read blueprints.
• Willingness to learn Tekla PowerFab/ProNest/SyteLine/Others.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality policies.
• Assist in determining production schedules for multiple work centers.
• Generate standard BOM reports with priority information.
• Assist in purchasing material for project requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support on the production floor to remove roadblocks.
