Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems & Operations Management and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in the Related Occupation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide analytics strategy using MicroStrategy, Snowflake and Matillion.
• Oversee the enterprise analytics platform, BI tools, and data management tools with SQL and validation frameworks.
• Support data governance initiatives and collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness, Finance, HR and campus partners.
• Provide forward-thinking leadership to analytics and BI, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Document architecture, standards and methods; apply data model patterns and slowly changing dimensions.
• Implement security controls and risk management for enterprise data and applications.
• Lead application performance, database and monitoring strategies for cloud platforms and BI tools.
• Direct the BI team and foster professional development in a fast-changing field.
• Collaborate with IST and campus partners on analytics strategies and reporting needs.
• Engage faculty, staff, students and alumni on enterprise analytics topics.
