Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Director, IT – Enterprise Architect to lead the enterprise architecture program and translate business capabilities into scalable architectures. You will partner with research, development, manufacturing and QA to align IT strategy with company goals and ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture; 5+ years leading architecture initiatives.
• Master's degree preferred; MBA optional.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish governance, design principles, and architecture standards.
• Lead architecture governance forums and exception management.
• Conduct capability mapping and identify gaps and priorities.
• Provide guidance for end-to-end solutions across ERP/CRM/PLM/SCM/quality systems.
• Define integration, API strategy, and middleware standards.
• Define data/analytics architecture directions and data governance.
• Shape cloud, security, and AI architecture patterns.
• Support M&A, divestiture, and system separations.
