Job summary

Relate Search seeks a Director of IT, Enterprise Architecture to partner with executive, business, and IT leaders in shaping future-state architecture and technology roadmaps. The role focuses on scalability, risk, investment decisions and advancing the organization’s enterprise AI strategy with governance and responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in IT/enterprise architecture and a strong track record in leading architecture programs across

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in information technology, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or related discipline.
Experience developing enterprise architecture models, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Shape enterprise technology strategy and future-state architecture with IT and business leaders.
Lead architecture analysis across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, security and cloud tech.
Drive enterprise AI strategy with governance, guardrails and responsible adoption of AI.
