• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, global/enterprise exposure.
• 3–5+ years in architecture leadership roles.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards across Commercial & Medical IT.
• Shape early solution designs and guide architecture decisions to align with target-state architecture.
• Lead integration and data architecture strategies with secure patterns.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning with business priorities and value streams.
• Identify and rationalize the application portfolio to reduce fragmentation and cost.
• Provide thought leadership on AI/ML, cloud, and data products with compliance controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Mentor solution architects and delivery teams to ensure best practices.
