This role drives AI, Python, data modeling, ETL, and cloud tooling across the organization, partnering with architecture and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure platforms. This leadership position focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering process automation, data products, and CI/CD practices, while upholding secure

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and modern programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and microservices-based development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a product team of engineers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across product, business, risk, and security functions.
• Redesign architecture operational processes and build automations using AI and tooling.
• Build automations to collect business process data and enable an enterprise process intelligence repository.
• Develop scalable applications and enforce engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Implement and augment Enterprise Architecture tooling and process mining capabilities.
