Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications - Operations to lead the technology strategy for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering. You will drive the ERP portfolio and digital transformation across plants and corporate teams.

You will mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, partner with operations leaders to optimize processes, and ensure value realization from key systems like JD Edwards and MES tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business field.
• Extensive ERP implementation/management experience; JD Edwards preferred.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain and quality systems.
• Experience leading cross-organization change via technology.
• Ability to select outside services/software and manage SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EVP of Operations to align tech strategy with business goals.
• Develop and execute the technology roadmap for operational systems.
• Manage JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, RFGen, ProPlanner MES portfolios.
• Drive digital transformation and process improvements across operations.
• Oversee projects, upgrades, production support and value realization.
• Lead ERP security governance and annual audit activities.
• Mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts and foster growth.
