Job summary

This hybrid role partners with the CIO to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and to optimize cost and reliability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise applications or ERP leadership.
• Experience managing ERP and cloud app environments; Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, administration, performance, and continuous improvement of Palmer-Donavin’s enterprise application ecosystem.
• Oversee ERP environment (Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM) and supporting cloud applications.
• Direct enterprise application release management, testing, training coordination, and version control.
• Partner with CIO and functional leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and cost optimization; manage vendors.
