Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Enterprise AI/ML to lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers. You will define the Generative AI and ML Platform vision, set strategy, and drive adoption of agentic AI across the enterprise.

The role demands deep technical acumen in AI/ML, cloud technologies (AWS), and open source tools, with a track record of shipping data-driven products at scale and leading technical PM teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.
• 7+ years in a data-intensive multi-line business environment with significant complexity and scale.
• 3+ years of people leadership.
• 5+ years in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud (e.g., AWS) and open source technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Spark, Ray, LangChain).
• 3+ years experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products.
• Experience in AI Risk Management.
