Job summary

Capital One in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Enterprise AI/ML and Generative/Agentic AI initiatives. You will shape platform strategy, guide data scientists and engineers, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.

The role requires a strong technical product background, experience with data-intensive environments, and ability to lead a diverse team of AI/ML-focused professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• 7+ years of experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership
• 5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud (e.g., AWS) and open source technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Spark, Ray, LangChain)
• 3+ years experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products
• Experience in AI Risk Management
