Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related field experience, including prior management.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance is required; trade license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the maintenance staff and oversee facilities upkeep.
• Ensure efficient operation, preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Evaluate problems quickly and select effective solutions under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues and manage stakeholders.
• Understand financial data to support maintenance budgeting and cost control.
• Develop and implement policies for maintenance requests and scheduling.
