Experience in hotels is preferred, with supervisory responsibilities and strong communication skills essential for coordinating staff and guest needs at a high level.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel experience or related field; 3 years preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Capable of quick, accurate decision-making under pressure.
• Must maintain composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and assist in absence of Housekeeping Manager.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to brand standards.
• Ensure proper use of safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and payroll inputs.
• Oversee training and development of housekeeping staff.
• Monitor guest privacy and respond to requests promptly.
• Participate in budgeting and cost-control activities.
