Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repair work in Engineering Department (Engineers, techs, specialists).
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas.
• Audit inventory and manage purchase requests for department needs.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work quality and site cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot operational problems with building systems and equipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach staff.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction in all actions.
