Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/portfolio leadership with 3+ years of people management.
• Experience building or scaling a PMO in a hyper-growth environment.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, portfolio management and reporting.
• Hands-on experience driving the adoption of modern PMO tools and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build & scale the PMO from the ground up, defining structure and career paths.
• Translate strategy and roadmaps into actionable programs; drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define and drive scalable tooling for roadmaps and portfolio visibility.
• Define meaningful metrics and dashboards to improve predictability and executive decision-making.
