Job summary

Vida seeks an accomplished leader to own engineering operations and information security, driving test strategy, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud platform reliability. You will act as Vida's Security Officer, handling risk assessments, audits, and customer diligence, while guiding the security roadmap and incident response.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience across multiple teams, and a deep track record in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership of multiple teams and Engineering Managers.
• Experience owning a customer-facing production operations, integrations, or technical support function with SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platform, and developer environments.
• Drive security program governance, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Serve as the Security Officer and be the executive point of contact for customer security diligence and audits.
• Lead security roadmap, data operations reliability, and cross-team incident management.
