Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cybersecurity or SecOps with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing incident response programs and managing external vendors (MDR/SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR).
• Deep cloud security expertise, ideally with GCP, and hands-on micro‑segmentation experience.
• RBVM discipline, Zero Trust maturity modeling, and secure-by-design CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security strategies to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and grow a high‑performing security engineering team.
• Lead enterprise Zero Trust transition across IT, cloud, and platforms.
• Oversee 24/7 security operations and manage MDR/SOC vendor relationships.
• Design blast radius reduction, micro‑segmentation, and token-based access controls.
• Create and maintain security playbooks, threat containment blueprints, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with GRC, IT, and product teams to integrate security into pipelines.
