Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering in hospitality.
• Strong track record in profitable engineering management while maintaining integrity and professional standards.
• Minimum of three years of managerial skills due to supervisory responsibilities and large-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering and maintain alignment with brand standards and regulations.
• Lead the engineering staff, budgeting, asset protection, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with GM and executives to drive revenues and profit margins while maintaining quality.
• Walk the property daily to identify issues and ensure preventative maintenance programs.
