Qualifications

• Higher education or equivalent is required.
• Trade school in mechanics, refrigeration, etc. is preferred.
• CEOE certification, BOMI designation or Real Property Administrator credential is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering for the hotel, private residences, and commercial areas.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the Engineering Division staff, contractors and vendors.
• Manage energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and local codes, and maintain all licenses and certificates.
• Develop and manage department budgets and capital expenditure plans in collaboration with leadership.
