Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineering and maintenance specialists responsible for all facility operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds. You will ensure safe, comfortable environments for guests and staff while coordinating property projects.

Qualifications

Solid project management skills and leadership capabilities.
Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
Flexibility to work weekends/holidays for a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering operations for interior and exterior facilities (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, grounds).
Manage maintenance work to keep the property safe, efficient, and comfortable for guests and staff.
Lead property-related projects, coordinating timelines and resources to ensure on-time completion.
