The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in hotel engineering, strong knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, and is skilled in vendor management. A highly competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 per year and a benefits package is offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Director of Engineering in a hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Preventative Maintenance programs and building infrastructure management.
• Experience ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements and safety regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement a robust Preventative Maintenance program.
• Lead, train, and manage the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Source and approve vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain all aspects of the hotel's physical condition.
• Monitor energy and utility management programs.
