Job summary
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all interior and exterior facilities, including safety and sustainability initiatives. The role also involves coordinating and overseeing property-related projects to ensure efficiency and timelines.
Flexible work hours to include weekends and holidays for a 24-hour operation, with responsibility for Life/Fire safety systems and overall facility
Qualifications
- Five years of technical experience or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- Professional degree in Engineering or a related field; trade degree accepted.
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays to support a 24-hour operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations of facilities.
- Manage additional engineering work to maintain property in efficient condition and ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees.
- Lead Life/Fire safety systems, energy and sustainability initiatives, and overall facility management.
- Serve as project lead, coordinating and overseeing property-related projects to ensure timely completion.
