Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate engineering staff including supervisors and technicians.
• Manage and execute preventive maintenance for all building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate major repairs, capital projects, and contracted maintenance work.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, PM schedules, and compliance records.
• Ensure equipment complies with OSHA, fire/life safety, and regulatory standards.
