Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior development leader responsible for stability, security, and growth of a healthcare tech platform.
• Hands-on across backend, full-stack, and mobile development.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior development leader reporting to the President.
• Stay hands-on across back-end, full-stack, and mobile development.
• Lead a small team including a PM and two contract developers.
• Partner with Product Management to own roadmaps and sprints.
• Oversee internal ticketing, root-cause analysis, and QA function.
• Maintain and improve integrations with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Define long-term technical goals and hire recommendations.
• Drive security and SOC 2 compliance efforts.
