Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 8+ years of software/engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and multi-team programs.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD platforms and developer self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Engineering Enablement strategy aligned with FMI objectives.
• Own and oversee enterprise software engineering platforms and tooling.
• Lead governance, standards, and security practices across engineering teams.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code, automation, and self-service platforms.
• Improve developer productivity and platform adoption across FMI.
