Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Design Lead in the Global Facilities Delivery organization to oversee design delivery for capital projects and to coordinate with design teams, A/E firms, and project managers. The role focuses on meeting approved intents, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across multiple sites globally.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum of 5-years manufacturing and/or engineering experience in support of pharmaceutical or API networks.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; Lilly will not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead in identification of applicable Engineering Design Standards, Standards, Specifications and Regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for the overall design delivery for capital project(s).
• Coordinate all design for the Project Manager during design phases and deliver conceptual and basic design reviews.
• Direct development of design requirements and maintain design schedule.
