Bonterra is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Corporate Giving domain. You will shape the engineering org, own the Deed and Grants roadmap, and oversee the migration to a modern disbursement service while maintaining SOC 2 compliance for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and managing engineering organizations.
• Strong background in governance, risk, and SOC 2 compliance posture.
• Ability to partner with Product leadership and enterprise clients to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Corporate Giving engineering organization, scaling from early-stage to a high-performing domain.
• Own the Deed, Bonterra Grants, legacy disbursement platform, and new standalone service and their technical roadmaps.
• Drive migration from legacy to new disbursement service while ensuring continuity for enterprise clients.
