Search Services in Houston seeks a Director of Accounting, Finance, & Administration to join a significant PE firm focused on energy, energy transition, and industrial assets. The role oversees all accounting, finance, and admin activities for non-operated E&P investments and manages outsourced accounting for those assets.

The ideal candidate has extensive non-operated E&P experience, ARIES database proficiency, and LOE statement knowledge.

Formación

• Extensive experience with non-operated E&P assets.
• ARIES database experience required.
• Energy operations with accounting, finance and legal management preferred but not required.
• Investment Banking and/or M&A experience following engineering exposure is desirable.
• Joint Interest Billing knowledge is required.
• Experience reviewing Lease Operating Statements is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting, finance, and administrative activities for non-operated E&P investments.
• Oversee outsourced accounting for the non-operated asset investments.
• Review marketing contracts for the various properties.
• Review and validate ownership interests of the investments.
• Assist the executive team in reviewing investment proposals.
• Act as a liaison for accounting, tax, and legal matters for the assets.
• Engage in property title work.
• Maintain ARIES database and forecast economics and decline curves.
