Qualifications

• 10+ years of valuation experience in finance or related fields.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or power sectors.
• Advanced financial modeling across complex capital structures.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring valuations for private investments across energy sectors.
• Build and review valuation models with debt, equity, hybrids, derivatives.
• Analyze portfolio performance and market conditions.
• Develop risk tools, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate data from investment teams and portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, auditors, and valuation advisers.
• Identify performance trends and valuation risks.
• Maintain controls and governance over valuation processes.
• Help establish scalable valuation methodologies and templates.
• Communicate conclusions to investment and firm leadership.
