Prologis is seeking a Director – Customer Energy Analytics & Insights (East) to bridge customer energy needs with the real estate and energy teams. The role translates site-level electrical infrastructure, grid conditions, and operating requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.

You will partner with Utility Engagement, Origination, Development, Execution, and Finance to shape feasible energy solutions and surface constraints impacting scope, cost, or schedule.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in energy, utilities, CRE, or related fields.
• Electrical engineering experience relevant to power, energy, or electrical design.
• Experience with electric utility processes including interconnection filings and feasibility studies.
• Experience applying data analytics to develop actionable investment or project recommendations.
• Ability to engage customers and stakeholders across functions and translate analysis into actions.
• Ability to develop executive-level communications to support strategic decisions.
• Ability to evaluate emerging energy technologies such as solar, storage, and demand management.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify customer energy needs by analyzing on-site electrical infrastructure and grid conditions.
• Document customer requirements, schedule, utility strategy, and initial pro forma assumptions.
• Scope early-stage energy opportunities with Origination and Project Development.
• Identify power access blockers with Real Estate, Legal, and energy experts.
• Provide inputs for early-stage investment gates including feasibility findings and cost/schedule assumptions.
• Coordinate handoffs to Origination, Development, and Execution keeping customer needs aligned through design and execution.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for energy and electrical-design questions in customer discussions.
