Prologis is seeking a Manager, Customer Energy Analytics & Insights - Central Region to bridge customers, real estate, and energy teams. You will translate energy requirements into actionable insights and shape feasible energy solutions across projects.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication to support strategic decisions and project development within Prologis' energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in energy, utilities, or related real estate sectors.
• Electrical engineering experience related to power/energy topics.
• Experience with electric utility interconnection processes and feasibility studies.
• Experience applying data analytics to investment or project recommendations.
• Ability to engage customers and translate analysis into actions.
• Ability to develop executive-level communications for strategic alignment.
• Experience evaluating energy technologies like solar, storage, and demand management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer energy needs by analyzing on-site infrastructure and grid conditions.
• Document customer requirements, schedules, and initial pro forma assumptions with teams.
• Scope early-stage energy opportunities with Origination and Development.
• Identify access-to-power blockers and impacts on scope/cost/schedule.
• Provide inputs for early-stage investment gates with feasibility and pro forma data.
• Coordinate handoffs to Origination, Development, and Execution; ensure consistency.
• Serve as primary technical resource for energy and electrical-design questions.
