Job summary

Qualifications

• Hybrid work model requires US Tax professionals to co-locate 2-3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience in workflow automation, process management, or case management solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor other engineers.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workflow and task management capabilities using Pega, .Net, C# and other technologies.
• Develop and support REST APIs, microservices, and integration services across internal and client-facing platforms.
• Own modules and features from design through deployment and production issue resolution, driving quality, maintainability, and reuse.
• Contribute to and shape technical design decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Elevate the team by mentoring engineers and collaborating with architects, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Improve platform continuously - performance tuning, stability, and delivery practices.
