Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) seeks a Data Insights Analyst to lead reporting, analytics, and performance management initiatives. You will develop solutions, support KPI frameworks, and deliver insights to help leaders make informed decisions.

You will partner with business leaders, mentor analysts, and contribute to scalable analysis capabilities, balancing hands-on work with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, or performance reporting.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, join, transform, and validate data.
• Experience with KPI design, scorecards, and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and attention to detail for data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics workstreams that support operational priorities and performance management.
• Design KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and integrated reporting.
• Conduct root-cause, trend, and forecast analyses.
• Partner with leaders to define requirements and deliver insights.
• Mentor analysts and establish reporting standards.
