Job summary

Ivy Tech Evansville seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions to help develop and execute a recruitment plan that builds relationships with prospective Ivy Tech Community College students through enrollment. This is an in-person role based on the Evansville, IN campus.

The role involves on- and off-campus recruiting, travel across a 10-county service area, and leadership in using CRM tools to track engagement and improve conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects.
• Excellent people skills including working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting efforts on- and off-campus including college fairs, high school visits, information events, and community activities.
• Travel throughout the 10-county service area to engage with potential students and attend community events.
• Recruit on behalf of Ivy Tech, sharing and selling the benefits of the Community College to increase inquiries and applicants and to move students through enrollment.
• Use CRM to track and recruit potential student groups and assess recruitment effectiveness.
