Holland America Line & Princess Cruises is seeking a General Manager of Employee Experience and Housing in Healy, Alaska. You will oversee all aspects of employee housing operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for seasonal and year-round staff.

The role emphasizes property management, facilities operations, and community-building to enhance employee experience and workforce retention. Strong leadership and hospitality background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven hospitality management experience, preferably in lodge/resort environments.
• Experience leading teams in remote or seasonal settings.
• Experience with property maintenance, guest services, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily employee housing operations, ensuring safe, welcoming living environments.
• Lead staff: hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation.
• Coordinate property maintenance, safety, and improvements, especially off-season.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and local partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Foster relationships with local communities and support food security programs.
