The National Wildlife Federation is seeking a Director, Employee Experience to shape how staff feel, grow, and thrive, leading the People Team's mission to transform the employee experience into a model for the nonprofit sector.

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, guiding talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and total rewards to create an engaged, inclusive, high-performing workforce that advances conservation.

Formación

• Significant experience leading or building People operations, programs, and practices in a complex organization.
• Strong generalist foundation across recruiting, talent development, change management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of a dynamic, equitable, and engaging recruiting program.
• Build sourcing strategies that expand reach into diverse talent communities and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
• Establish structured hiring practices—including interview guides, scoring rubrics, and recruiter intake processes.
