Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise at the leading edge of energy policy with focus on the power sector.
• Experience developing strategy with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy philanthropic strategies to advance carbon-reducing energy policies.
• Develop fundraising plans and collaborate with VP, Policy on fundraising.
• Oversee short-term and multi-year grantmaking strategies for emerging opportunities.
• Provide policy strategy advice to campaigns and test ideas with regional offices.
• Engage with key actors across the field including funders and experts.
• Produce high-quality proposals and presentations for diverse audiences.
