Job summary

U.S. Energy Foundation (USEF) seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand its donor relations and fundraising initiatives.

You will manage a portfolio of funders, coordinate with program teams, and engage external stakeholders to advance climate philanthropy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will draft materials, track funder engagement, and support key fundraising events while collaborating with leadership and program colleagues to advance

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, partnerships and relationship management within nonprofit/basis or corporate settings.
• Experience coordinating with diverse donors/partners and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to cultivate philanthropic support by managing a portfolio of funders and program areas.
• Coordinate quarterly fundraising check-ins across teams, with agenda and action tracking.
• Build and manage an active donor pipeline with external consultants.
• Maintain sophisticated relationships through regular meetings and events to secure long-term commitments.
• Capture follow-up issues from external meetings and coordinate with SP team and colleagues.
