• Subject-matter expert in clean energy with leadership experience.

• Track record identifying policy opportunities and moving ideas to action.

Responsibilities

• Steward and grow FAS’s clean energy portfolio, collaborating with Government Affairs, Government Capacity, and Regulatory Ingenuity teams.
• Serve as FAS’s primary public voice on clean energy topics.
• Build partnerships and advance policy ideas with stakeholders.
• Grow the portfolio by developing fundable concepts and fundraising strategy; manage grant deliverables.
• Manage projects, budgets, and teams; supervise staff and contractors.
• Coordinate across policy teams to align strategy and execution.
