• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
• Stays abreast of legal/regulatory standards and ensures compliance; develops policies and procedures.
• Directs nursing practice and unit operations and develops nursing standards.
• Leads initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
• Participates in budget planning, staffing, and supply management.
