Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital in Sebastian, FL, is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nursing Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and patient flow.

The role requires BSN, 3 years ER RN and 1 year leadership, budget management, and a focus on safety and quality care. Eligible for a competitive benefits package and professional growth opportunities within Orlando Health.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN, DNP, or BSN with Graduate degree in Business or health-related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse in the emergency department setting and one (1) year nursing leadership experience.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• May require one or more of the following certifications based on the assigned patient population: ACLS, PALS, NALS, TNCC.

• Communicates change and liaises with nursing administration.
• Encourages team member involvement in professional activities.
• Manages EMTALA knowledge and department budget to meet targets.
• Oversees hiring, assignments, coaching plans and performance counseling.
