Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in embedded software systems and platform development.
• Experience leading managers and engineering organizations responsible for highly complex software platforms.
• Experience driving engineering processes, standards, and scalable delivery across distributed teams.
• Ability to manage a team of managers and professionals and grow the organization.
• Demonstrated experience with embedded Linux, middleware, or low-level platform software.
• Experience with safety-critical or highly reliable software systems.
• Skilled in cross-functional execution across software, hardware, systems, integration, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Development of business plans and operational priorities to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitate delivery of scalable, high-quality embedded software platforms for autonomous driving.
• Collaborate with management and engineering teams to monitor performance and meet objectives.
