Job summary
Peloton Interactive is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead electrical systems across our connected product portfolio. You will guide a team of engineers through concept, design, verification, certification, manufacturing launch, and sustaining engineering, while setting technical direction and ensuring performance, quality, and manufacturability.
The role requires strong technical depth and leadership, with collaboration across product management, supply chain, and software.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience developing electronics hardware for complex consumer products.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership with direct people management.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing and working with contract manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of electrical engineers across the product portfolio.
- Set technical direction and engineering standards.
- Oversee architecture reviews, design reviews, and supplier discussions.
- Drive root-cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver products on time and within specs.
