Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the electrical and electronic systems across the product portfolio.

This senior role directs a team of engineers from concept to mass production, setting technical direction and engineering standards while aligning with cost, quality, and manufacturability goals. You will drive architecture reviews, supplier discussions, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver reliable, compliant consumer products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of significant experience developing electronics hardware for complex electromechanical consumer products.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including direct people management.
• Experience with high‑volume manufacturing and working with contract manufacturers, ODMs, component suppliers, and technology partners.
• Working knowledge of EMC/EMI, product safety, reliability, environmental qualification, and global regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences and leadership.
• Travel expectations: 25% total (Asia trips, NY visits).
• This is an onsite position with 4 days/week in office.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of ~20 engineers across Woodinville and Taiwan.
• Provide technical guidance and final decision making on all product electrical architectures.
• Drive architecture reviews, design reviews, root‑cause analyses, and readiness reviews.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, EMC and environmental standards.
• Balance internal development with ODM/JDM and supplier‑developed solutions.
• Develop reusable architectures and design methodologies for future products.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Mechanical Eng., Software/Firmware, and others to deliver products.
