You will collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, Quality, Operations, and Industrial Design to bring complex mechanisms from concept to customer hands, while enforcing design-for-manufacturing and robust engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical design engineering with 2+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record guiding concepts to launch and balancing priorities.
• Strong manufacturing methods experience and test fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of mechanical engineers.
• Establish robust engineering standards and drive DFM and design tools.
• Partner with Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrial Design to hit milestones.
• Engage with global suppliers and contract manufacturers throughout the product lifecycle.
