Job summary

Peloton Product Line Architects drive hardware innovation for Peloton Bikes, Tread, and Row, reporting to the Director of Product Line Architecture. You will translate customer voice into technical requirements and lead cross-functional teams across PM, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will champion Design for Manufacturing, mentor teams, and ensure inclusive design practices throughout product development at Peloton.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years product development experience with multiple launches.
• 2+ years leading or managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ODM, JDM, and CM partnerships.
• Ability to travel internationally to CM/JDM partners.
• Experience with design for manufacturability and packaging.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop program direction for a Peloton hardware initiative in alignment with the PM and executive teams.
• Monitor and adjust program strategies with cross-functional leadership.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers.
• Promote Design for Manufacturing and Lean Engineering concepts.
• Develop Product and Engineering Requirements Documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and execute master test plans.
• Develop and manage hardware team priorities.
• Assess resource needs with cross-functional managers.
• Ensure quality deliverables per the PDP.
• Advocate accessibility and inclusive design in products.
