Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to help develop electrical systems for our fitness products. You will partner with mechanical, firmware and software teams to move designs from prototype to production in a hands-on lab setting.

The role emphasizes test, validation, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to grow toward advanced technical leadership and ownership of projects across a broad range of electronics disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS a plus; 2+ years in new product development.
• Hands-on engineering experience building, testing, debugging and modifying electrical hardware.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies; regulatory/test equipment a plus.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout tools; ability to modify boards; Altium Designer a plus.
• Strong problem-solving using data and structured testing to identify root causes.
• Clear documentation of test results, design decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Willingness to learn across electronics disciplines and grow responsibility.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~4–6 times/year (Taiwan/China)

Responsibilities

• Lab testing and validation of electrical designs using standard lab equipment.
• Support development of electrical systems, components, schematics, and PCB layout.
• Assist with NPI and manufacturing, prototype builds, design validation and issue resolution.
• Investigate and root out causes in existing products; document findings clearly.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Firmware, Software, Quality and Compliance teams.
• Grow technical ownership and broaden expertise across electronics disciplines.
