GAF is seeking a Director of EHS Operations to lead safety programs across manufacturing facilities and operations. You will report to the VP of Environmental, Health and Safety and shape a proactive, behavior-based safety culture that spans all sites.

The role requires 10 years of EHS experience with 5+ years in management, strong stakeholder collaboration, and expertise in data-driven safety governance. Travel is approximately 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years EHS experience, with 5 years in management.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs while keeping client success in focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills for technical info.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with employee engagement and accountability.
• Lead enterprise-wide EHS risk assessment and mitigation, embedding PSM and industrial hygiene.
• Develop and govern integrated EHS management systems, using data analytics to monitor performance.
